Looking for volunteers to help sell or raise money for tickets to a Mariners Game fundraiser. The money raised from this will go directly to support in our efforts to raise 12 million dollars for our affordable housing expansion campaign
Calling potential and current donors asking for their support (financially, donations)
- Will use GIVE Butter to assist in tracking financial donations
Calling potential business sponsors asking for their support (financially, items for tenants, food donations)
Utilization of a script to guide conversations with potential donors/sponsors
Requirements: 18 years of age or older, must be able to pass a background check
Time Requirements: 2+ hours a week
Reports to the Director of Development

Help maintain the yard areas of our three properties
Plant new bushes, flowers, etc. and maintain their health
Maintain the health of the existing trees and plants on the property
Requirements: 18 years of age or older, must be able to pass a background check, experiencing in landscaping and yard services
3+ hours a month
Reports to the Executive Director

Repair minor issues on the exterior and interior of our properties
Be available for other minor repairs inside the units of tenants
Requirements: 18 years of age or older, must be able to pass a background check, experience in maintenance and repairs
2+ hours a week
Reports to the Executive Director

Help maintain the cleanliness of our three properties
Take out communal trashes
Aid in the beautification of the outdoor spaces by picking up trash
Assist in any cleanup inside communal spaces of the buildings
Requirements: 18 years of age or older, must be able to pass a background check, experience in janitorial services
2+ hours a week
Reports to Executive Director
